Far and away the most flavorful tasting loaf I have made! This flour is so fresh and brings such life and flavor to your loaf. It definitely requires more work than store bought flour and it takes trial and error – in general, you’ll get a slightly denser loaf – but when I tell you the flavor is all worth it, trust me! Will be buying all future flour from here!
