Browse our shop right here on midlandmill.com, add what you need to your cart, and head to checkout. Everything is local pickup — we don't ship.
Step 2
Choose your pickup time
You'll pick your pickup day and time right at checkout, before you pay — so your slot is reserved the moment your order goes through. We'll confirm it in your order confirmation email and send a reminder the day before.
Step 3
We mill & prepare it fresh
Unlike commercial flour that's milled months (or years) in advance, we mill our grains fresh to order. This helps preserve the natural oils, flavor, and nutrition found in the whole wheat berry. Our pantry products are freshly made as well.
Step 4
Enjoy it fresh
Fresh-milled flour is best enjoyed in the first few days, but it also freezes well for longer storage. Many customers notice better flavor, better baking performance, and improved digestibility compared to store-bought flour.
